Training:

At this time we are only providing private & semi private Intensive Boot Camp (IBC) sessions, we believe in working one on one, it gives you more personalized attention resulting in better and faster retention/progression.

Programs:

You may arrange for your personal BC session by contacting us with your request. Due to our commitments with law enforcement and the military, we are unable to hold regularly scheduled large group classes at this time as our time is very limited.

Sessions:

Private and semi private  BC sessions  are about 1 1/2 hrs with our CrossFit strength, conditioning, and fitness program. Discounts are available for packages (multiple sessions). Our training group size is  between 2-4 students.
